Mark Sims has over twenty five years experience in viticulture and vineyard management. His career includes spending time in Germany, Hunter Valley and Cowra where he has gained invaluable knowledge and management experience.

As well as ensuring the fruit that makes the Kiola wines is of the best quality, Mark helps a number of small to medium size vineyards with the management of their vines.
